Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days
    Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can easily monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — stay tuned for special offers!

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Buzzard is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at ngxstevenngx08@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
